Fitment is specific to the 85WC Tomahawk designation shown in the product name, so check your chassis code before ordering. The shaft's function is mechanical: it locates the wing, transmits clamp loads to the mount, and helps preserve alignment under aerodynamic loads at model speeds.

Installation notes for experienced builders: remove the wing from the mount, slide out the old shaft, insert the new shaft into the mount bore, and secure with the original screws or clips.
