Can I use the TFW054 on older Kyosho models?

Older models may accept the TFW054 if they share the same shaft length and fixing points. Measure the existing shaft and match the 46mm dimension and pin locations.

Does the shaft need lubrication?

Keep mating joints and bearings clean and lightly lubricated with a suitable RC grease to minimise wear and maintain smooth operation.

Is this a direct bolt-in part for TF7?

Yes, the Kyosho TFW054 is made to the TF7 specification and should install directly when replacing the original swing shaft on that chassis.
