Yes, the UM788 is machined to accept the standard bearing sizes used on ULTIMA RT6 rear assemblies, so you can reuse existing bearings if they are in good condition.

Can I run this part on loose surfaces?

The bulkhead adds rigidity that helps on mixed surfaces, but pair it with suitable shocks and tyres for loose or gravel runs to get the best handling.

Is any trimming required for fitment?

No trimming is normally required. The UM788 is produced to Kyosho tolerances and should slide into the existing rear mount points of the ULTIMA RT6 without modification.
