This shaft is optimised for V ONE R4 models. Older variants may have different dimensions so compare the shaft length and mounting interface before fitting.

Do I need specialist tools to fit it?

Standard RC tools like hex drivers and pliers are usually sufficient. Use appropriate torque and, if needed, light threadlocker on metal-to-metal fasteners.

Will swapping the shaft change ride height?
