Aluminium rear upper mount for LaTrax SST

This 1:18-scale aluminium rear upper plate is supplied as SST013A and made to replace the standard rear upper component on TRAXXAS LaTrax models. The metal plate provides a predictable mounting surface for suspension links and the body, offering greater rigidity than the stock plastic part.

Fitment and role: fitted at the rear upper mounting position of the LaTrax SST, the plate uses the vehicle's existing mounting points and hardware. The added stiffness at the rear mount area can affect how the shock towers and suspension react when dialling in handling changes.

Installation notes: fitment requires common hand tools and basic workshop skills; remove the OEM rear upper plate and reuse fasteners if they are in good condition. After fitting, verify link and body post alignment and torque fasteners to the chassis makers specification. This component is intended for scale model use only.
