Hard-wearing upper 4-link aluminium upgrade

The GPM LMTM049FR upper 4-link bars are an RC-scale replacement crafted for LOSI Mini LMT models, using 7075 aluminium to reinforce the chassis where the upper links attach. The set targets hobbyists wanting a metal option for tougher trail and everyday off-road use.

Installation on the listed compatible model is simple: these bars fit into the standard upper link positions and mate to the same mounting points as the originals, enabling a straight swap without altering the chassis on the specified LOSI RTR. Keep in mind that firmer upper links affect roll centre and resistance to flex, so reassess your link geometry and shock setup after fitting.

As a non-OEM upgrade, the bars feature a thicker profile and higher tensile material to support the four-link upper mounting plane while remaining purely an RC accessory.

Are these bars suitable for rock crawling?

Yes, the aluminium bars give stronger upper link support for slow technical driving, but check link alignment and clearances to avoid binding on extreme articulation.

Do I need to change shock settings?

Since the upper link stiffness changes chassis behaviour, softer or firmer shock damping may be required to maintain the desired balance between grip and body roll.
