6061 T6 rear trailing arm upgrade for LOSI

This replacement set is made for the 1/6 scale LOSI SUPER BAJA REY rear lower trailing arms to give improved chassis support and more predictable damper geometry. Components are machined from 6061 T6 aluminium with hollow sections to cut weight while keeping stiffness. Stainless ball ends and stainless fasteners secure the joints and resist corrosion common in regular model use.

The kit includes 24 pieces that combine the trailing arms and the fasteners required to mount and adjust the rear suspension. Multiple holes on the arms allow stepped adjustments to damper tilt and roll-bar link points, letting you tune rear roll response and shock leverage without swapping shock bodies.

• Included items in set: rear lower trailing arms (2 pcs), stainless steel round head screws 4x32.5 (4 pcs), 4x25 (2 pcs), 4x22.5 (2 pcs), white POM collars 4x15.5x4.2 (4 pcs), white POM collars 4x15.5x6.6 (2 pcs), stainless steel lock nuts 4mm (8 pcs).
• Material highlights: aluminum 6061 T6 main arms, stainless steel ball ends and fasteners, white POM collars for spacing and tilt behaviour.
• Design notes: hollowed sections lower rotating mass while preserving rigidity, and a screw-lock method keeps stainless balls secured at each end.

Guidelines for adjusting damper tilt with the included POM collars:

• Standard tilt: fit a single 6.1mm collar outward on the damper ball end.
• Approx 5 degree outward tilt: fit two 4.2mm collars, one on each side of the ball end so the damper leans outward.
• Approx 10 degree outward tilt: fit one 6.1mm collar inward on the damper ball end to push the damper further outward.
