This pack contains 15 x 3/32" steel balls intended as spare rolling elements for small ball bearings and ball cups used on Tamiya M03M, M03L, M04M and M04L chassis in 1/10 touring models. These items are simple replacement components to renew rolling contact without changing part geometry.
These steel balls form the rolling interface inside bearing races and ball cups in drivetrain and steering linkages. Replacing damaged or rough balls reduces friction and play, helping to restore even rotation and predictable contact in gear trains and steering linkages.
Fitting advice: extract the bearing or cup and check the race for scoring or debris before new balls are fitted. Keep the new balls free of contaminants, align them evenly in the race and confirm smooth hand-rotation after assembly. Use a light lubricant suitable for the bearing type and avoid hammering parts into position.
Maintenance note: replacing individual balls is a basic service that keeps rolling contacts consistent; new round balls can cut vibration and control variability in fine-tuned 1/10 touring rigs while leaving suspension and gearing intact.
