8-9mm red anodized double rollers for Mini 4WD

These compact double rollers are intended for seasoned Mini 4WD builders maintaining or restoring 1/32-scale models. The set uses paired rollers in the 8-9mm diameter bracket and a red anodized finish to help resist surface wear while keeping rotating mass low.

Compatibility is determined by your chassis roller shaft and mount hole clearances. Check axle bore, spacer arrangement and any chassis alterations before fitting. They work with standard roller shafts and most two-piece mounts on Super-II, MA, MS, AR and other performance chassis but always confirm on modified or scale-style frames.

Installation notes for experienced users: align shafts carefully, confirm lateral clearance, and use light lubrication where bearings are not present. Do not overtighten screws which may distort the roller or mounting plate. Inspect the anodize after fitting and replace rollers that show structural damage. These parts are intended for replacement or custom setups rather than general kit upgrades.

Routine maintenance: clean debris from contact areas, check for play at the shaft interface, and replace worn bushings or bearings with matched-spec components to maintain smooth rotation.

They accept the small roller shafts common to Mini 4WD. If unsure, measure your shaft with calipers and match it to the roller bore before ordering.
Fit varies on vintage or scale minis due to different mounting geometry. Check mounting hole patterns and clearances before attempting to install on non-standard bodies.
Confirm the seller notes for included inserts. If none are supplied, pair the rollers with bearings or bushings that match the bore to suit your tolerance preferences.
Use minimal light oil on contact points when bearings are not used and avoid grease that attracts dust. Recheck alignment after a brief running period to ensure even wear.
Anodizing offers better surface hardness and corrosion resistance than raw aluminum; it helps longevity but does not make the part indestructible under extreme abuse.
