Aluminium ESC Heat Spreader for Mini Inferno

This aftermarket aluminium heat sink has been produced for the Kyosho Mini Inferno platform as a compact cooling upgrade for the ESC. The single-piece kit includes the heat sink plus one mounting screw, supplied as a 1 pcs set for quick replacement or field swaps.

Use the part to reduce speed controller temperature during hard drives and extended setup runs. It is an accessory aimed at thermal control for the ESC and does not alter motor output or drivetrain adjustments.

Installation is straightforward and suitable for trackside work: remove the ESC cover, locate the sink on the ESC body, then secure with the supplied screw. You only need a compatible hex driver and care to avoid touching wiring or heat-shrinked connections.

Best practice is to use the heat sink alongside proper airflow and mounting orientation so the ESC maintains a consistent operating temperature during tuning cycles.

No trimming is normally required; the unit is intended to mount directly to the Mini Inferno ESC area. Confirm clearance with any aftermarket ESC covers you may be using.
The alloy finish is suitable for hobby use. If you frequently run in salty or corrosive environments consider additional protective coating on exposed metal surfaces.
The heat sink is designed to sit on top of the ESC body and uses the supplied screw; it should not force changes to wiring layout when fitted correctly.
