This RC heatsink has been developed to suit the Kyosho Mini Inferno speed control area, offering extra passive cooling in a compact package. It increases the ESC's exposed metal surface to help dissipate heat encountered in repeated tune runs or practice laps.
Installation focuses on the Mini Inferno layout and is achieved using the stock mounting points. Remove the ESC cover or access panel, seat the heatsink over the speed control housing, and fasten with the vehicle's existing screws. No cutting or chassis alterations are required when fitted correctly.
Use the heatsink as part of an overall thermal management approach. It helps reduce temperature spikes and supports consistent motor and ESC performance while you test gear ratios and settings. Combine it with adequate airflow and conservative gearing to avoid overheating on extended high-load usage.
