Front upper control arm for Mini Inferno ST

This aluminium front upper control arm is an aftermarket option designed for compatibility with the Kyosho Mini Inferno ST chassis and is identified as model MIF2054. It is intended as a direct replacement for RC suspension tuning or repair, not for any full-scale vehicle use.

Constructed from aluminium alloy, the arm increases stiffness over standard plastic arms and the supplied kit contains pins, E-clips and mounting screws to secure the arm into existing upright mounts. The part subtly alters steering geometry and roll centre, making it helpful when fine-tuning toe, camber response and overall front-end behaviour for club or track running.

Fitting is straightforward for experienced hobbyists: remove the original upper arm, move across any required shims or bearings, install the alloy arm into the upright and secure with the provided pins and E-clips, then apply a moderate torque to the screws. Always check suspension articulation after assembly and set toe and camber to preference.

No chassis modifications are expected; the arm is meant to fit the standard Mini Inferno ST suspension points. Confirm fitment before final tightening.
Yes, the package includes pins, E-clips and screws required to mount the upper arm, so no separate basic fasteners should be needed.
After installation, ensure there is no binding, then re-check toe and camber. The stiffer material may change feel, so small shock setting tweaks can help dial in handling.
