Mini-Z MR-015 Tuning Plate

The KZ-01B/WO graphite upper plate is an optional aftermarket deck for Kyosho Mini-Z MR-015 models. It bolts in as a direct-style upper deck for KZ-01/BU/WO chassis, preserving the original screw pattern while altering stiffness and the car's mass distribution.

Fitting is straightforward: remove the stock upper plate and install this graphite plate using the chassis existing screw holes. Verify screw lengths and component clearances prior to final tightening to prevent interference with the motor or electronics. Typical Mini-Z service tools are sufficient for the job.

Used as a tuning part, the graphite deck increases torsional stiffness versus stock plastic plates, channeling setup changes into suspension and balance adjustments. Swap the plate, run controlled tests, then modify spring and damper settings or ballast position in small steps to refine handling.
