Compact aluminium mono shock for Mini-Z MR-02

This compact aluminium mono shock is made as an aftermarket suspension piece for Kyosho Mini-Z MR-02 (MM) and MR-015 platforms, supplied in blue anodize. It replaces the standard mono shock and focuses on providing stable damping and a robust aluminium housing for frequent tuning sessions.

Installation follows standard Mini-Z procedures: detach the stock mono shock from the MR-02 or MR-015 chassis mount, move over any reusable springs or internals, and secure the new unit with the original screws. Common RC hand tools are sufficient; check shock alignment and travel before first use and recheck hardware periodically.

Use the unit as a base for spring and oil adjustments to shape handling on small circuits. Because it substitutes the stock shock, changes in spring rate or damper oil will change pitch and roll balance, so tune progressively to understand handling effects. The aluminium body helps keep settings consistent between runs.
