0.75mm Touring Wing: Mon-Teck Racer Type

This Mon-Teck Racer Type wing, sold under the Yokomo SP-WRMS name, is a medium 0.75mm polycarbonate rear wing manufactured by Montec in Italy for 1/10 on-road touring applications.

The thinner polycarbonate construction reduces peak downforce versus heavier sections and promotes quicker rotation and improved turn-in on tight corners. That characteristic makes it a strong candidate for technical circuits and high-grip surfaces where mid-corner balance is critical.

Install the wing using the car's standard rear wing posts and mounting hardware, checking fit and trimming the edges if required to align with your chassis mounting points. The component is intended as an RC-scale touring wing to adjust or replace rear aerodynamic balance on compatible 1/10 touring chassis.

The 0.75mm thickness provides a balance of flexibility and strength. It resists small impacts while remaining flexible enough to reduce breakage risk under minor contact.
With routine inspection and occasional trimming of scuffed edges, the wing holds up well. Replace it if cracks or significant deformation appear.
If you paint the wing, use polycarbonate-specific paints and light coats to avoid embrittlement; masking and clear coats help protect the surface.
