High-precision alloy shaft for MR-4TC SD WCSP

This universal drive shaft assembly is manufactured for use with the MR-4TC SD WCSP chassis as an RC upgrade. The set replaces plastic dogbone, axle and cross spider pieces with machined aluminium parts to reduce play and provide a stable connection between gearbox output and the wheels.

Installation notes: check compatibility with MR-4TC SD WCSP hub bores and gearbox splines before installation, verify spline engagement and endplay, and use torque settings from your chassis guide. After fitting, rotate the drivetrain slowly to confirm there is no binding and that wheel alignment remains correct.

Tuning role: upgrading to aluminium components reduces flex and driveline slop, improving throttle feedback and consistency on corner exit for precision touring cars; be aware this can shift wear onto bearings and pins so inspect adjacent parts periodically.

Packing includes

  • Contains 2 bottles.
Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Compatibility is listed for MR-4TC SD WCSP. For other MR-4TC variants compare spline size and hub dimensions before fitting to ensure correct engagement.
Keep the joints free of grit, inspect for wear signs and ensure retaining screws remain tight after the first few runs. Replace any worn pins or bearings as needed.
Aluminium parts are stiffer and may transfer more load to mating components; check bearings and drive pins regularly, especially during the initial use period.
