Mr.Hobby GSI-S49 Mr. Color is a ready-to-use aerosol that applies a translucent orange clear to scale model shells, ideal for adding tinted overlays that preserve underlying graphics and panel definition.

Ensure previous paint layers are fully cured and mask edges where necessary. Use light, overlapping passes instead of a single heavy coat to prevent runs; allow flash time between coats and trial the spray on a spare panel first. The product works as a coloured clear, adjusting base hues without hiding decals or fine detailing when applied correctly.

Control colour depth by layering thin coats and improve final sheen by sanding and polishing the existing clear if required before tint application. Keep the can stored upright in a cool, dry environment and spray in a well ventilated space.
