The paint works on common modelling substrates such as polycarbonate (Lexan) shells and prepainted plastic parts. Confirm adhesion on a test panel before full application, build coverage with several thin coats, and observe flash times between passes to prevent runs and textured finishes.

Tips for spraying: shake thoroughly, maintain a consistent spray distance, mask areas to protect adjoining sections, and spray in a ventilated space. It performs well as a base coat or for detailing; follow with a compatible clear or matte lacquer if you want added protection or a particular sheen.
