Clutch Upgrade for MTX-5

The Arrowmax AM-MTX-T2704 pressure plate is supplied as an aftermarket replacement for MUGEN MTX chassis cars, with specific fitment to the MTX-5 layout. Machined from 7075 aluminium in a hard temper, the component takes the place of the stock pressure plate and is aimed at drivers wanting steadier engagement and longer service intervals.

As a direct replacement, the plate alters how the clutch springs and shoes transmit power from the motor into the gearbox, so its impact is seen in improved repeatability and engagement feel rather than increased power. Follow standard RC service steps and use basic tools to open the clutch housing for installation.
