The Arrowmax AM-MRX5-H2201E is an aftermarket belt pulley designed for the Mugen MRX5 chassis, machined from 7075 T6 aluminium and given a hard-coated finish to improve wear resistance while keeping weight to a minimum. The 28-tooth geometry aligns with MRX5 belt drive layouts and CNC machining helps preserve concentricity for reliable belt tracking on fast runs.

Strategic side cutouts in the pulley body help eject grit produced by friction, lowering the chance of buildup that could affect belt alignment. As a lightweight aluminium upgrade, the pulley aims to deliver steady belt engagement and extended service life compared to factory stamped parts.

Installation reminder: confirm the pulley sits flush on the intended shaft and adjust belt tension to the MRX5 recommended setting to reduce premature wear. Regular checks of the bore and side openings for trapped debris will keep the drive running true.
