O.S. Engine GT22 Drive Washer for Crankshaft OS28208000  [OS28208000]

This drive washer functions as an exacting crankshaft spacer for GT22 engine assemblies, giving controlled axial clearance to keep the crank centred in the engine case and aligned with drive components.

When fitting, clean and inspect the seating surfaces for burrs, then slide the washer onto the crank face and rotate while checking axial movement. Even slight shifts in washer position can alter timing cover clearance and spur/pinion engagement on GT22-class installs.

Handle the washer carefully and ensure uniform contact around the crank journal to avoid tilt or misalignment. It is intended specifically for hobby-level nitro RC engines and should not be substituted for general hardware items.
