This RC-scale carburettor nipple is intended as a service replacement for glow-engine fuel systems. The component provides a universal connection point for fuel tubing on compact nitro engines, emphasising dependable hose seating and an uncomplicated fit that does not alter carburettor function.
To install, remove the old nipple from the carburettor vent or fuel port, check that the fuel hose inner diameter matches the nipple seating, then push the fuel line onto the nipple until it sits securely. If additional retention is required, apply a short length of heat-shrink or a small clamp, taking care not to force or distort the carburettor body.
During tuning and regular maintenance the nipple maintains a consistent junction for fuel flow and helps prevent kinking close to the carburettor. Inspect the connection periodically for signs of fuel seepage or loosening and replace the nipple if it no longer holds the hose under normal vibration.
