The rocker arm is matched to the FS-62V engine designation and transfers the cam lobe motion into valve movement. It is offered as a replacement for worn or damaged rocker assemblies in FS-62V nitro engine setups.
Installation notes: remove the head and rocker shaft assembly using the engine maker's prescribed service routine, inspect contact surfaces and the rocker pivot for wear, fit the new rocker arm onto the original shaft, and reassemble with clean components. Always measure valve clearance before making adjustments and verify the rocker and valve move freely prior to final assembly.
Tuning and maintenance: because the rocker arm affects valve timing and lift consistency, check it regularly during engine servicing to keep idle and throttle response predictable. Replace if you find excessive side play, scoring on bearing surfaces, or inconsistent valve seating.
