Performance header for nitro models

This exhaust header pipe is supplied as a replacement part carrying the PURE 10S Class 12TR designation, intended for use with compatible nitro engine assemblies. It routes exhaust gases and can alter backpressure and overall powerband behaviour when used with a matched tuned pipe system.

Installation notes: verify mating flange surfaces and threaded joints before installation, install the correct gasket or O-ring where applicable, and secure mounting bolts to the manufacturer's torque recommendations for model parts. After fitting, check for any exhaust leaks and perform a careful break-in and tuning session to ensure the fuel mixture and timing behave as expected.

Tuning role: the header influences exhaust pulse timing and the tuned pipe position, which in turn affects midrange and top-end response. Small needle adjustments and progressive trim runs are usually all that is required to regain the desired performance balance.

Use the PURE 10S CLASS 12TR designation to cross-check against your tuned pipe and manifold; if in doubt, compare flange shape and mounting pattern to ensure a proper match.
Fit the OEM-recommended gasket or an appropriate O-ring for your setup, and replace any worn seals to prevent leaks at the flange and manifold interface.
Start with small needle changes and short test runs. Monitor temperature and throttle response, then iterate until the midrange and top-end meet your expectations.
