Heavy-Duty Engine for Off-Road Competition

The O.S. Engine OSMG2068 21VZ-B V-Spec-T (P) offers a focused design for off-road racing. It integrates well with popular 1/8 race chassis and gives predictable response across a range of tracks.

Durable Cylinder and Piston Design

This unit features a hardened, chrome-plated 4-port cylinder and liner for extended life. The machined steel piston with parallel rings maintains compression and helps deliver repeatable lap-to-lap performance, aided by a refined crankcase core that smooths intake flow.

Tuning Options and Cooling Efficiency

The slide valve carburetor accepts 8mm and 9mm restrictors so you can dial the mixture for low-traction or high-grip surfaces. The two-piece V-shaped turbo head promotes efficient heat transfer to keep performance stable during extended runs.

What Is Included

The delivered kit includes a P3 Ultra Hot Turbo glow plug, assorted gaskets, carb restrictors and protective covers so you can fit and service the engine right away.

For racers wanting a robust, tunable 1/8 off-road engine, the O.S. Engine 21VZ-B V-Spec-T (P) balances durability with high-rpm capability.

It is compatible with many common 1/8 off-road mounting patterns, but check head clearance and flange positions on your chassis before final installation.
A tuned pipe matched to the engine's rev range will improve mid and top-end torque. Choose a pipe that fits your chassis layout and tested powerband.
Inspect after each hard session and replace gaskets or the glow plug as needed. Clean and check the carb and head fins regularly to avoid overheating issues.
Use a fine mesh air filter, check the carb boot seal, and lean slightly richer to reduce detonation risk when dust and heat are factors.
