Spray Technique for Even Coats

Spray from roughly 30cm and apply the paint to the inside surface to prevent drips and improve adhesion. Allow the first coat to set before adding another to intensify the colour. For precise detailing, complement with Tamiya bottle paints compatible with polycarbonate surfaces.

Will the paint peel if the shell flexes?

When applied to the inside of the polycarbonate shell and allowed to cure, the paint flexes with the plastic and is unlikely to peel under normal use. Avoid heavy layers that can crack on flex.

Is masking tape safe to use with this spray?
