This pushrod is presented as a service replacement part for RC-scale FS engine valve trains. It carries the GF30 designation and is intended to fit within the FS engine parts group, transmitting motion from rocker or cam components to the valve assemblies in nitro RC engines.
Fit and basic installation guidance: measure and compare pushrod length and end-fit with the engine rocker and valve tip before final installation, detach the cylinder head or rocker cover as required by the specific engine model, and check that the rod runs straight with adequate clearance through the full stroke. A light film of lubricant on contact faces and a final clearance check when warm will reduce the chance of binding.
Tuning and maintenance role: the pushrod plays a part in valve timing stability and should be checked during valve lash adjustments or any top-end rebuild. Remove and replace rods showing deformation, surface damage, or wear to keep valve actuation reliable and tuning repeatable.
