Designed for the Yokomo R12 chassis, this graphite pitching plate accepts the stock shock mounting pattern and serves as a lightweight, stiff replacement for the original component. It keeps upper shock points consistent so you can reproduce the same setup run after run.
Installing the plate is straightforward on R12 towers that use the common pitching plate footprint; it uses the existing screw locations and does not force changes to other suspension parts. It is useful when you want to trial different mounting positions without altering the rest of the suspension geometry.
From a setup viewpoint the plate acts as a baseline for experiments with shock angle and mounting point permutations, helping to separate the effects of mount position from spring and damper settings on handling and response.
