Front lower arm tuning plate for R12 cars

This graphite lower A arm plate is made to attach at the front lower arm area on Yokomo R12-series chassis. It gives a removable option to increase local stiffness, allowing drivers to test handling changes without replacing the entire lower arm.

Fitment uses the chassis' existing lower-arm anchor points for a straightforward install. The plate can be fitted or removed to compare effects; when used with compatible R12 front lower arm setups no modification of the main arm is necessary.

As a tuning accessory, the component changes front-end behavior by stiffening the lower arm joint. Adding the plate tightens steering response and shifts weight transfer characteristics; taking it off returns the original feel. Use it for incremental setup changes to suit surface grip or driving technique.

How do I fit this plate to an R12 chassis?

Attach the plate using the stock lower-arm mounting screws on the R12 chassis. Align the plate and use the existing holes; no drilling or cutting should be required on properly configured YR-R12C3/GT frames.

Graphite is lightweight and durable but can be brittle under extreme shock. Inspect mounting points after hard impacts and ensure screws are torqued correctly to avoid stress concentrations.
