Upgrade mount for the R12 and GT range

This upper A arm mount is made for Yokomo R12 and GT series RC models. Constructed from graphite resin, the item is stiffer than the original component, helping to refine steering trace and support crisper turn-in without modifying suspension geometry.

Fitment and role: the part replaces the front suspension's stock upper arm locating point and integrates with the existing suspension links and uprights on compatible R12 and GT chassis. As a targeted chassis tune, it boosts local rigidity around the upper arm joint so steering inputs are transferred with reduced flex, improving transient steering consistency.

Installation notes: designed to substitute the original upper arm mount. You will need to partially disassemble the front suspension to fit the part; common hex drivers for your chassis will do the job. After fitting, re-check alignment and steering freeplay to confirm the expected steering changes.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
No trimming is normally required. The mount is intended for direct replacement on R12 and GT series front suspension points, though you should always confirm fit as you install.
The resin formulation is harder than the stock part, so you can expect improved resistance to flex and a more stable mounting point; however installation and driving conditions will determine long term durability.
