Protective Shock Sleeves

This listing is for an RC front and rear shock cover set sold as 2prs, designed to keep grit, mud and light impact abrasion off shock bodies during regular hobby use. The covers fit over the shock assembly to protect shafts and seals while leaving access for routine maintenance and tuning. These items are for model use only.

Fitting is simple: either compress or remove the spring depending on your shock type, slide the cover onto the shock body, then replace the spring and retainer. Check that the covers clear shaft travel and spring movement before running, and do not force them onto oversized or incompatible shocks.

The covers are intended as protective components and not as tuning parts; they help limit contamination of the internal shock components and can extend service intervals but will not change spring rates or damping characteristics. Replace covers if they develop splits or damage that could hinder suspension travel.
