Machined aluminum shaft for RD/SD/MD fits

This aluminum top shaft serves as a replacement component for Yokomo RD, SD, and MD series drivetrains. It is form-compatible with the conventional Y2-631 shaft and features a widened D-cut to receive lightweight spur gear hubs such as RD-630BK, RD-630BL, RD-630P, and RD-630R.

Install the RD-631 when you require a stronger aluminum option that preserves hub compatibility during tuning sessions. The piece is intended for routine shaft swaps and will not alter drivetrain layout or routing.
