Stainless rear CVD for Slash 4x4

This stainless steel replacement joint is for 1/10 scale RC use and fits the rear CVD drive connection. It is supplied as a compact 3 pcs set and intended as a direct swap for the corresponding part.

Fitment details: the joint is designed to replace the joint end for part #SSLA1277RHA and may not be compatible with unrelated shafts or chassis. Always confirm compatibility with your rear driveline prior to fitting.

Performance notes: stainless construction increases strength and reduces the chance of corrosion versus standard alloy parts, helping the rear drive stay reliable during rough use and general bashing. Suitable for repair work and small-stage tuning where durability matters.

Installation guidance: removing the rear driveline is required to access and swap the joint end. Reassemble with correct thread engagement and careful torque on the small fasteners, then check alignment and free movement of the CVD.

Included items in package and counts as supplied by source: joint - 1 pcs, hex - 1 pcs, 3x3 screw shaft - 1 pcs, supplied as a 3 pcs set.

This item is compatible with

  • TRAXXAS Slash 4X4
  • TRAXXAS SLASH 4X4 LOW CG
  • TRAXXAS F-150 SVT Raptor
  • TRAXXAS Slash PRO Short Course
This joint is made specifically to replace the joint end for part #SSLA1277RHA; fitting to other Traxxas models is not assured unless the shaft end and splines match exactly.
Stainless steel resists rust better than many alloys, so it is a sensible choice for running in damp or coastal environments, though rinsing and drying after salty use is still recommended.
Small hex keys and careful torque control are suggested; after installation, spin the CVD by hand to ensure there is no binding and that fasteners are secure.
