Overview of the right front bulkhead

This right-side bulkhead provides precise location and support for the front anti-roll bar on GT flat chassis designs, aimed at keeping anti-roll movement consistent under race loads. It is intended where predictable front-end stiffness and bearing alignment are important for setup repeatability.

Manufactured from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum with CNC machining, the part is finished to close tolerances to promote consistent fitment and strong interfacing with the chassis. Reinforcement is applied around critical bearing interfaces to reduce flex and maintain geometry through heavy use.

Fit the bulkhead on the right front of the assembly and fasten it using the chassis' established mounting points. Note that the bulkhead changes the structural behaviour of the front end and should be included in balance and ride-height decisions during tuning.

Technical details

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Mount the part on the right side of the front assembly so the bearing bores align with the anti-roll bar. Confirm alignment visually before final tightening to avoid binding the bar.
Inspect bearing seats periodically for wear and check mounting screws for secure fit. Clean mating faces and use compatible threadlocker where appropriate to prevent loosening during use.
With normal track use the reinforced 7075 T6 bulkhead should retain geometry for a long time; longevity depends on impacts and loading, so inspect after heavy incidents.
Yes. Because it increases front support stiffness and stabilises bearing location, expect different roll response and account for the bulkhead when adjusting anti-roll bar rates and front end settings.
