Alloy bumper compatible with Rustler VXL

This 1/10 alloy front bumper is supplied as an aftermarket replacement compatible with the TRAXXAS Rustler VXL chassis. It is intended to mount to the existing factory front points and provides a more robust contact face than the stock item.

The metal construction increases front impact rigidity compared with factory plastic, which can change crash dynamics and front-end tuning feel during short course use or casual bashing. The change in stiffness can be useful when dialing in steering response.

Fitting is simple for those familiar with routine RC work: remove the stock bumper, reuse the factory mounting holes and appropriate screws where possible, and check thread engagement before final torquing. Verify clearance around the servo, ESC and front suspension once mounted.

Practical setup notes:

• Confirm the bumper uses the factory screw positions and does not interfere with servo horn travel.
• Inspect full suspension travel for any rubbing and tweak mounting position if needed.
• Use correct-length hex screws if original fasteners are damaged to ensure a secure fit.
