This blue fin heatsink is a scale accessory made for HPI Savage 21, Savage 25 and Savage X 13 engine heads, supplied under part code HSA-027/B. It increases the exposed fin area around the head to assist heat rejection during longer runs.

The part replaces the stock head cooling element on supported Savage engines and lines up with the factory mounting holes. Check pipe routing and head clearance before final fitment, and use thread-lock and the torque values recommended in your engine or chassis documentation.

Functionally the heatsink is passive; it does not change timing or carburetion but can lower peak head temps when the engine is run hard, helping maintain steadier on-track behaviour.
