Service shaft for S-2208 outrunners

This replacement shaft kit fits S-2208 series outrunner motors commonly used in RC models. The package includes a 3mm diameter shaft intended as a service spare to recover correct axial alignment and reduce runout after shaft wear or damage.

Installation requires motor disassembly: remove the end bell, extract the worn shaft, fit the replacement while checking bearing seating and endplay, then reassemble. Use low-force presses where possible and confirm the rotor spins freely before reinstalling the motor.
