This replacement item is a 3mm shaft intended for the Scorpion S-2212 family of outrunner motors and similar small brushless designs. It is provided as a raw shaft component to replace worn or damaged originals and to help recover correct axial alignment in the rotor assembly.

Use with S-2212 series motors and comparable small outrunner designs only; always verify bearing inner diameters and total shaft length before final assembly. The shaft is not supplied with bearings or prop adapters, which must be reused or replaced from the existing motor parts.

Replacement requires motor disassembly: remove the endbell and rotor, press out the old shaft, press in the new shaft ensuring bearings are correctly seated, then reassemble and check for free rotation and minimal axial play. Align the prop adapter and set-screws carefully to prevent eccentric loading.
