Precision-Cut Body Shell for S100 to S240

The Serpent S240 RTR body kit is made to match S100, S120, and S240 chassis with accurate panel placement and mounting alignment. The shape keeps airflow tidy while giving a clean, race-ready look. It suits racers and weekend tuners who want a reliable replacement shell.

Durable Construction with Clean Fit

Engineered from impact-resistant material, the body reduces tear and scuff risk during track running. Cut lines and mounting holes are positioned for a close fit to the existing chassis, helping to limit flapping and improve handling consistency.

Simple Compatibility and Quick Swap

Compatibility is focused on Serpent S100, S120, and S240 models, allowing fast body replacement between sessions. The intuitive layout makes trimming straightforward so you can repaint or swap bodies between events without a lengthy rebuild.

Minor chassis mods may require trimming ofmounting points or wheel arches. For major modifications, check measurements against your chassis before painting.
The shell comes pre-cut to outline but will need final trimming, hole alignment and fitting. Basic mounting pins and fasteners are usually supplied.
Use polycarbonate paint and thin coats. Mask the inside where needed and let each coat dry fully before handling to prevent tackiness.
Measure tyre clearance with the wheel installed, mark cut lines on the inside, and trim gradually to avoid removing too much material at once.
