The Serpent 500609 Center Gear Differential Set is crafted to refine the handling traits of 1/10 SDX buggies. It comes with a composite 86T spur gear that softens power delivery compared with a center slipper setup, plus 10T and 18T internal gears, a composite crossshaft and hardened spring steel outdrives to withstand regular running.

Tuning for Loose and Hardpack Tracks

Install this differential to adjust mid-corner behaviour and traction roll. Use 5000 cts silicone oil as a baseline and tweak the oil viscosity to match loose soil or firmer surfaces for improved stability and throttle control.
