Overview of the Serpent 600440 Black Low Wing

The Serpent 600440 Black Low Wing is crafted specifically for the 811 buggy chassis to refine handling through improved airflow. Its low profile reduces lift at speed, and the black coating resists track wear to keep your car tidy between sessions.

Engineered for Track Stability

This wing is shaped to lower drag and increase usable downforce, helping drivers carry more speed through bends. Solid build quality helps it survive the usual knocks found in race environments, offering consistent behaviour on different track surfaces.

Compatibility and Suggested Parts

Specifically made to fit the 811 platform, the Serpent 600440 is compatible with Serpent mounting components for straightforward installation. Recommended parts include the Wing Mount set (#600133) and Wing Washer Aluminum (#600301). You can also fit the Wing White Nylon (#600143) or Post Wingmount Aluminum (#600300) for different mounting setups.

On most tracks the wing improves corner stability more than straight line speed, which can lead to better lap consistency and potentially quicker times once the setup is dialled in.
The wing is produced to match the 811 profile and usually fits without trimming. If you are adapting it to a non-standard mount you may need light trimming for clearance.
Repainting is possible but use paints suitable for plastic and allow proper curing to avoid affecting the wing's flex characteristics.
The design helps maintain grip on hardpack and looser surfaces by increasing rear downforce, though final tuning should match the specific surface and car setup.
