The Serpent 802252 Front Shaft Lock Set converts the 710 one-way front axle on 720-09 200mm GP cars into a fixed axle to give more consistent braking. It suits racers who need predictable brake bite on low-traction surfaces and around compact circuits.

What is in the kit and how it works

The kit includes two pins, two o-rings and an aluminium bushing that together secure the axle. The pins slot through the front one-way axle and drive shaft adaptors, while the bushing and o-rings hold the assembly in place for steady, repeatable braking performance.

How to fit and switch setups

To install, slide the bushing onto the pins and secure with the o-rings. The assembly can remain fitted for general running and you can insert or remove the pins to change between one-way and fixed axle setups as track grip demands.
