The Serpent 802526 Centax-3 Gear Set converts dual pinions into a single hardened steel unit built for the Serpent 720-09 200mm GP vintage cars. The unified design reduces relative movement and improves the contact between pinion and clutch bell compared with split aluminium gears.

Manufactured from durable steel to stand up to sand and fine grit commonly found on outdoor layouts, this pinion lengthens service intervals. Its 16/23T gearing provides a useful compromise between pullaway and top end on classic GP tracks.
