Upgrade the Serpent 960 with Precision Bearings

The Serpent 903220 Ceramic Bearing and Bushing Set is specified for the Serpent 960 and contains precision ceramic bearings plus rugged bushings to substitute the original units in rear uprights, front steering blocks and main bearing blocks. This swap smooths operation and increases component life while reducing total mass by about 33 grams and cutting 23.6 grams of unsprung weight.

Better Steering Response from Lower Mass

Using ceramic bearings lowers friction and reduces rotating weight for crisper steering feedback. The included shims let you fine tune axle spacing on both front and rear to maintain predictable handling lap after lap.

Are special lubricants required for ceramic bearings?

Use light bearing oil or a thin ceramic-safe grease. Heavy oils can attract dust and reduce performance, so choose low-viscosity products for race use.

Will this kit affect suspension tuning?
