Low-profile graphite and aluminum mount

The RD-118CG combines a carbon plate with aluminum fittings to form a hybrid battery holder for 1/10-scale Yokomo drift cars. It is designed specifically for short Li-po batteries and to keep the battery mass low and central on chassis that require compact placement. The composite construction helps control weight bias while maintaining a slim silhouette.

Installation notes: when fitting to RD-series or Drift Package RTR-series cars use the innermost mounting hole, and when fitting to SD/MD-series cars use the outer mounting hole. The carbon plate includes a slightly elongated slot to allow fine fore-and-aft adjustment of the battery position to tune balance and traction without additional shims.

This holder is ideal when a compact mounting solution for short Li-po cells is required on supported Yokomo drift platforms; the slot and selectable hole positions let you refine balance with minimal changes.
