Spacer insert for D-MAX centre transmission

The Yokomo SD-302DS spacer kit is intended for D-MAX standard parts and provides a simple shim solution that sits between the center transmission case and the upper deck. It modifies the vertical clearance where those two components meet.

Engineered as a tuning aid, the set contains multiple spacer pieces so you can build incremental thickness without altering the case itself. Because the parts sit at the interface, they will change how driveshafts and internal gear assemblies align, which is useful during setup adjustments and routine maintenance.

Installation is basic: undo the upper deck fasteners, insert the spacer(s) to obtain the required gap, and tighten the deck hardware. After fitting, inspect driveline alignment and perform a short function test to ensure smooth rotation. This accessory is designed only for model chassis tuning.

Contents of the pack

  • Center transmission case spacer - 4 pcs
Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
After installing spacers, re-tighten deck fasteners, manually rotate driveline to feel for resistance, and run a brief low-speed test to ensure there is no binding before full operation.
Yes. The four pieces can be used singly or in combinations so you can incrementally alter clearance to match your desired setup.
The spacers are made for standard D-MAX layouts; verify stacking and clearances against your specific chassis build, especially if additional aftermarket parts alter deck height or case mounting.
