Steering spring kit for T3-01

This front steering spring kit is made for the TAMIYA T3-01 DANCING RIDER chassis and carries the part number T3001. It is a direct replacement for the steering return spring and is intended solely for model car applications.

The springs are formed from spring-grade steel to improve fatigue life and reduce permanent set under repeated use. Three coil rates are provided so you can quickly swap springs to alter steering return strength, from gentle self-centre behaviour to a firmer, faster re-centre.

Fitting requires only basic RC tools and is a direct swap into the existing steering assembly. After changing springs, perform short test runs to confirm the handling balance before a full session.

Packing includes

  • Steering Spring - 3pcs

Great to do business with, good communication, items well packaged and delivery times are pretty good. Highly recommended. A+++
The pack includes one spring of each rate: 0.5mm, 0.6mm and 0.7mm.
Thinner coils give lighter return and a looser feel, while thicker coils increase steering return speed and stability.
No special parts required; remove the original spring and fit the chosen coil, then check for free movement of the steering links.
