Can I use this with upgraded servos?

Yes. This aluminium assembly works well with stronger servos and helps translate higher torque into crisper steering response, provided the servo fits the original mount.

Is any sanding or trimming required?

No trimming should be needed for standard TA01, TA02 or DF01 frames. Fit the assembly and double check link lengths to ensure full steering range.

How does the finish hold up to salt air?

The gun metal finish resists corrosion better than raw metal, but rinse and dry parts after coastal runs and apply light lubrication to bearings to keep them protected.
