Rear Graphite Shock Mount for TA05

This part is a graphite replacement rear shock tower compatible with Tamiya TA05, TA05-IFS and TA05-R chassis, supplied as TA05-03/SG. It is intended to alter rear shock pick-up points and reinforce the area around the shock mounts to change rear-end behaviour.

Fitting is aimed at experienced hobbyists: the graphite tower swaps in using the existing TA05 rear mounting hardware. Even torque on fasteners is important to avoid stressing the graphite, and thread-lock should be used only where metal fasteners meet metal parts as advised by your chassis guide.

From a setup perspective this is a tuning piece that changes how forces transfer between the shocks and rear bulkhead, which can affect rotation, traction roll and the suspension response. Adjust shock positions and anti-roll settings to refine rear grip and balance.
