Carbon shock tower set for TA08 PRO

These carbon front and rear shock towers replace the stock plastic parts on TAMIYA TA08 PRO vehicles, offering a lighter, more rigid shock mounting solution. They fit at the top of the front and rear gearcases and stabilise suspension pick up points while still allowing setup adjustments.

Multiple mounting holes are provided so riders can fine tune shock angle and leverage for a range of track conditions. Installation takes out the original towers and fastens the new plates with the supplied stainless steel screws into the original gearbox mounting points.

Can I use these on older TA08 kits?

These are cut for the TA08 PRO gearbox layout. Older TA08 kits may differ; measure mounting bosses to verify fitment before purchase.

Does the pack include all required screws?

Yes. The pack contains two towers plus four flat head 3x8 and four round head 3x6 stainless screws for mounting.

Will carbon change ride feel?

A stiffer tower reduces flex at the mount, tightening response and making tuning changes to shock angle more effective for roll and mid-stroke control.

Any advice for fitting?

Thread the screws carefully into the gearbox bosses, ensure correct alignment of shock positions, and do not overtighten to avoid stripping plastic bosses.
